Our Warranty
At Techrenew, devices that display our official warranty sticker are covered by a 14‑day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the device itself and does not extend to accessories, replacement parts, or products not specifically included in the warranty description.
Please note that Techrenew reserves the right to refuse or void warranty claims if we believe the device has been misused, altered, or damaged after purchase. The warranty is intended to cover faults present at the time of sale, not issues arising from customer use.
VAT
Techrenew is currently not VAT registered, as we operate as a small business. This means that VAT is not charged on any of our products or services at this time. Should our business status change in the future, we will update this section accordingly.
Device Condition
All devices sold by Techrenew undergo thorough testing and grading before being listed for sale. However, our condition assessments are based on the information available to us at the time of testing and may not always reflect every detail of the device’s performance or appearance.
We strongly encourage customers to review the product images provided and make their own judgment before purchasing. Techrenew cannot be held responsible for any differences in interpretation of pictures or grades. Please be assured that we apply the strictest testing standards to all devices and grade them as accurately as possible, always erring on the side of caution to ensure transparency.
